“We had the pleasure of going on a wine tasting tour guided by Dave from Revolving Axis, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Dave’s knowledge in the world of wine made the tour informative and enjoyable.

Throughout the tour, Dave provided information of the vineyards, owners and history. This depth of knowledge added a fascinating dimension to the tasting, making it more than just a casual outing.

Dave added some great touches to his comfortable car by providing enough water for all the guests and had a cooler readily available for us to use.

“From start to finish Dave was prompt, professional, attentive and informative. The majority of wineries we visited were small family owned businesses and it felt like a personal experience when they were sharing their knowledge about their wines. It’s hard to single out any in particular because they all had something unique to offer. However, the pairing of the cheese and wine at Lighthall was excellent.

We opted for the lunch provided by Dave and this was a perfect pause in our itinerary. We enjoyed a charcuterie plate with vegetables from Dave’s garden. We loved the personal touch and Dave had picked the perfect spot for us to enjoy the meal.

“My husband and I recently visited PEC for his birthday and our anniversary celebration! We booked our winery tour with Dave at Revolving Axis and couldn’t have asked for a better host, tour guide and driver! From the first email, to the little details including water bottle for each of us, homemade nut mix (asked about allergies first), large Yeti in the trunk to fill our water bottles and the most personalised experience! These are just to name a few things that Dave provided for us! He was very knowledgeable and informative on the area, and the wineries (plus one cider house for us) which really added to the tour!
